Refund or exchange will be given for defective items if you email us and let us know within 10 days after the item was delivered to you. Prior to issuing credits, you must promptly return all accessories, manuals etc. in original packaging. Any missing items will be charged to you. Please contact us before shipping the item back to us.
Wrong Items: Price Protection:
If we ship you the wrong item we'll reship your order without delay at no additional cost to you. You must contact us for return authorization and instructions within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned with all manuals, accessories, warranty cards etc. Please contact us before shipping the item back to us.
Returns:
We accept returns only on items in re-sellable condition within ten (10) days from the date the item was delivered. Shipping charges are not refundable on product returns.
